Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or phone. Confirmations are sent via email or SMS after booking. Prices are fixed per variation selected. Any scope change may affect final charges. 2. Service Scope Services are provided as described (e.g., Basic Clean, Deep Clean, Mini Service, etc.). Add-ons or special requests must be discussed beforehand. 3. Customer Responsibilities Ensure access to the premises and water/electricity availability. Remove valuables and fragile items from cleaning areas. Secure pets, if any, during the service duration. 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations Free rescheduling up to 1 hour before the appointment. Cancellations within 1 hour of service time may incur a ₹99 fee. No-shows without prior notice may result in full charge. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 12 hours of the service. We will offer a complimentary re-clean (if applicable) or resolve the issue at the earliest. 6. Safety & Liability Our professionals are trained and vetted. Jeldhi is not liable for pre-existing damage, natural wear and tear, or malfunctioning appliances. In rare cases of accidental damage, our team will report it immediately, and we'll work toward a fair resolution. 7. Health & Hygiene Eco-friendly and safe cleaning supplies used whenever possible. Equipment is sanitized between appointments. Staff wears masks and gloves during service for hygiene. 8. Payment Payment can be made online or in cash after service. GST or local taxes may apply depending on the bill amount.
